Welcome to the sugar white beaches of Gulf Shores! This property offers great amenities while still maintaining the peace and quiet of a “non-condo” style unit. This is a small complex with only 8 units. There is a small private beach on the lagoon and there are two gulf beach access points within walking distance, waterfront views of the lagoon, heated adult pool(spring and fall only), childrens pool hot tub, dock, gazebo and a small yard to play games.

This very spacious duplex is 2250 sq ft with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. It is decorated in a comfortable Key West cottage beach feel with high 10 ft ceilings and rustic wood floors, so you can relax on your well deserved vacation. It features 2 master bedrooms with private bathrooms, a full kitchen, three balconies with water views, TVs in the main room and all bedrooms, comfortable leather furniture and laundry. The floor plan is open concept and lots of windows. The unit is a block over from two beach access points. One of the access points has a life guard, shower, boardwalk and free public parking, so you don’t even have to walk far. It is two miles from the main beach or The Hangout. New sidewalks make it a great place to walk or ride your bike. In addition to the beach, the unit is located on The Lagoon for great waterfront views and more water activities. There is a long pier that ends at a gazebo on the lagoon. Bring your fishing pole, catch some fish, clean them at the fish cleaning area provided on the dock and cook them in the covered grill area under the unit. In the lagoon, you can kayak or paddle board (rent or bring your own), boat and play at all of your water sports like tubing or wake boarding. The pass that takes you from the lagoon to the gulf is less than a mile away. Free parking under the unit for 5 cars.

The pools make this one of the most unique units on the beach. You are sharing an adult pool, children’s pool and hot tub with only 8 units. Very few condos even have a separate children’s pool and very few houses have a pool and hot tub. Lounger and tables and chairs are provided.

ABOUT THE ACTUAL UNIT

• Main room has a 75" TV, a leather couch and 3 additional chairs. It is comfortably decorated with beach touches. There is a view of the lagoon from the front balcony with exterior furniture.
• Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It includes a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig K, toaster, refrigerator, and stocked cabinets with everything you need. The dinette and countertop seat 10.
• First master suite features a king size bed and TV. Walk in closet, two sinks in the bathroom and a walk in shower.
• Second master suite features a king bed, futon sleeps 2, private bath, walk in closet, TV and has its own private balcony with views of the water. Have your morning coffee on the balcony.
• Third bedroom features a queen size bed, TV and a balcony that faces the gulf.
• Forth bedroom is an open bunk room that features a double bunk bed, a twin bed and a TV so you can bring your gaming system.
• Full bath with a tub.
• Laundry room
• Covered BBQ grill area
• Adult heated pool (only during spring and fall), children's pool, and hot tub
• Smart lock provides you with a unique code, so previous guests cannot copy the key and gain access. It also means you will not loose the key at the beach and you don’t have to keep the same schedule as others in your party. Everyone can come and go on as they please.
• There is free parking for 5 vehicles under the unit.

This is one of the best values in Gulf Shores for large parties to enjoy the beach and stay in one place. I live in the county and am able to ensure the unit is well maintained. My goal is to make sure your want to come back again!
