This home is located on just inside the Sea Pines Greenwood Gate directly across from the Sea Pines Country Club, just a 2 minute drive to the beach. 13 Governors has three levels with great bedroom separation. The first master has a sitting window where you can relax after a long day at the beach. It also has a private bath with shower. The second master suite has a large bathroom with tub and separate shower and a Sofa/futon. Both Queen bedrooms share a bath. The third BD has a Queen Sleeper Sofa in it. The large outdoor patio offers views of the nearby Lagoon and Local Wildlife. A custom built Pergola encapsulates the table, chairs, Swinging Love Seat and Barbecue.
