check in is at 3pm and check out the following week is 9am central time. You may cancel reservation 90 days before arrival. We supply all linens and first paper products. After that, you supply your own TP, Paper Towels, soaps. Upon departure, please sit out all your trash in the two cans we supply out by Surf Drive. Trash pick up is on Monday and Thursday. Bring all towels and sheets to laundry room on depoarture day. (Do not bring comforters, shams or mattress pads) There is a 500 refundable damage deposit. If there is a violation, fees will be deducted out of deposit.
