Please print these terms and conditions for your records.

** General Information:

* This unit has a minimum 3 day stay.

* Renters must be at least 21 years of age.

* Unit sleeps 4 comfortably. Maximum rental capacity allowed for this unit is 6. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a full size murphy bed in the living room.

* No lifeguard on duty.

** Check -In : Check-in is 4:00 pm local time. Peak season could affect this if an unusual amount of checkouts have occurred that morning. Please be patient as we want our unit to be properly cleaned and prepped for your arrival. Every attempt will be made to ensure the unit is ready for you to check in at 4:00 pm.

** Check-Out: Check - out is 10:00 am local time. We ask that you abide by our check-out procedures. The next guest will be checking in within hours so leaving the unit in great condition will allow it to be properly cleaned and ensure they will have access to the unit on time.

While most guest respect this policy there are some who won't . Any guests still in the room after 10:00 am on their check-out date will be charged, to their credit card on file, an additional $50 per hour.

1. Make sure the door is locked when you leave.

2. Take ALL trash to the trash bins outside the unit. We ask this for the common courtesy for the next guest arriving to keep odors away.

3. Wash and dry all dirty dishes. Dish detergent is supplied for you in the lower cabinets.

4. Make sure all furniture is in original position.

Please leave the unit neat and orderly to avoid additional charges. If the cleaning staff finds the unit has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional time at a rate of $50 per hour.

** Smoking : Unit #224 is a NON - smoking unit. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in a $300 fee to deodorize the room.

** Pets: Unit #224 is a dog friendly unit. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed and must weigh under 25 pounds per the HOA regulations. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside of the unit and on Ambassador property. Do not leave dogs unattended on the balcony. We ( the owner ) , our HOA or manager are not responsible for the safety of your pet.

Out of respect for the other guest please make sure your dog doesn't bark excessively or act agressively to other people or dogs on Ambassador property. There is a dog friendly area on site for you and your pet to utilize. Please pick up and properly dispose of any waste. Dogs are not allowed on the beach and if caught, pet owners will be subject to fines from the city.

** Deposits : No security deposit is required however there is a hold deposit equal to one- third of your total reservation due at time of booking. This is to reserve the unit for your use. The remaining balance ( two - thirds) will be due 60 days prior to your arrival. Any reservations made within a 60 day arrival time will be required to pay full amount at time of booking.

No deposit is required for damages, however your credit card will be kept on file until rooms has been inspected and cleared. Any damages done to the unit or its furnishings that exceed what our insurance will not cover will be billed to your card. You agree to this by booking this unit.

Refunds and Cancellations: No refunds for cancellations. BUY TRAVEL GUARD.

We are not responsible and will not give refunds for events beyond our control that may interfere with your stay . BUY TRAVEL GUARD. Such events may include but are not limited to acts of GOD (weather events), loss of electricity, water or cable/wifi, fire, acts of govermental agencies, strikes, or illness. Travel insurance is reccomended.

** Housekeeping: There is NO daily housekeeping provided to your unit. A set of towels for four will be provided. You may bring your own sheets and / or linens if you like. There is a coin laundry available for use on the third floor. Beach towels are not provided and we ask that you do not take bath towels from the unit to the beach.

We expect you to find the unit clean upon your arrival however if there are any concerns with the cleanliness please call the contact information provided to you immediately upon check -in. Unit will have an initial set-up of trash can liner, paper towels, and toilet paper. Additional paper products and toiletries are the responsibility of the guest.

All furnishings etc are the property of the owners of Unit #224. Please do not remove these items from the unit. Do not take any furniture from inside the unit outdoors and do not take balcony chairs to the beach.

** Maintenance: After check-in, should you find a problem with the cooling/ heating unit, appliances or plumbing please call the contact information provided to you as quickly as possible. Maintenance will make every effort to correct the situation as soon as possible. No refunds.

** Safety: We cannot control any outside construction to units, premises or other nearby areas on the beach. Also, as with any travel destination, keep unit door locked and your car doors locked. We are not responsible for any criminal activity ( i.e theft, assault ) to guests. Any participation of illegal ( drugs etc ) activity while on Ambassador property will result in immediate eviction with loss of all payments made.

** Fees: Rates include a one- time linen set - up and cleaning service to clean the unit after your check out. All normal taxes for condo rental in PCB will be the responsibility of the guest.

** Pest Control: Pest control is allowed in the unit and on the premises. ABV is not aware of any rodents, bedbugs or other infestations. Guest shall ensure that all personal property brought onto the property are pest free. Guest shall maintain reasonably proper housekeeping and cleanliness to avoid pest infestations. Guest shall notify ABV immediately of any pest infestation and cooperate with all necessary pest control efforts. ABV will not be held liable for any damages or loss of personal property as a result of pest or animal infestation or any damages or loss of personal property as a result of a pest or animal infection or remediation.

Indemnification: We shall not be liable for any damage or injury suffered by you, your family, guest, agents or employees or to any person entering the property. You agree to indemnify, and hold us harmless from any and all claims or assertions of every kind and nature.

Acknowledgement: You have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement including the vacation rental property rules, community rules and cancellation policies. The credit card supplied at the time of your reservation will be held for security purposes only.
