$250 Refundable Security Deposit due at Booking and Refunded as per lease within 14-Business Days after Departure.

Rental Funds are due 45-days prior to Arrival.

Beach Umbrella and Chairs are NOT included in Rental. Guests have the option to negotiate Beach Service with Attendants upon Arrival.
