The door code of the unit will be e-mailed to you by 3:00 pm on the check in date. Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Please help us in preparing the unit ready for the next guest by observing the checkout time. More than 15 minutes delay over the posted checkout time will cause a penalty charged to your credit card.
The rates quoted in this site are the base rate per night. Taxes to local authorities calculated at 13% of the base rate and cleaning fee of $85 will be added to your nightly total. Additionally, ivacationonline will charge a flat fee of $49 for damage insurance to protect you against any accidental damage to the property up to $3000 loss. Make sure of the exact dates you want to spend in the unit before you make the reservation online. If in doubt please call our number. No refunds for cancellation. You are strongly encouraged to buy Travel Guard to protect against unexpected change in your schedule including inclement weather.
At least $250 is due at the time of reservation. The remaining amount has to be paid before 45 days prior to the check-in date. If the payment is not made by the due date, the reservation will be released without any refund. We do not charge any non-refundable administrative fee or refundable security deposit. Initial deposit will hold your reservation.
After arriving in Panama City Beach follow Hwy US 98 across the Hathway bridge over the St. Andrews bay. At the other side of the bridge, take the left road at the fork to Front Beach Road and drive couple of miles to the crossing with Joan Ave. Take a left to Joan Ave. and continue about a mile till you come to Thomas Dr. Take a right on to Thomas Dr. Summit Resort will be immediately on your left.
Check in time: is 4:00 pm local time. We ask for your patience and suggest that you have alternative plans if you arrive before 4:00 pm. All units must be inspected by housekeeping or maintenance before being released to the guest. Look for door code in your e-mail which will be sent after 3 pm on the check-in day.
Check out time: is by 10 am local time on your day of departure. No late check-outs will be allowed, no exceptions. Guests who fail to depart by 10:00 am will incur an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy: No refund for cancellation. Buy “Travel Guard” to protect against any unforeseen circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. NO SHOW reservations will be charged for the dates reserved.

Deposit: We do not charge a refundable security deposit. However we will hold your credit card on file and charge your card if there are damages to this unit during your stay more than that is covered by the damage insurance. You will get an invoice. You agree to this by booking this unit.
Any damage noticed upon arrival should be reported to the owner/manager immediately. If damage is not reported, your credit card may be charged for the cost of the repair. In order to not be charged, the following must occur:
