Pets, Trailers & RV’s: Strictly prohibited on the premises

Towels: It is against Chateau La Mer Policy to hang towels (or garments) over any balconies railings

Cancellation policy: Minimum of 30 days written notice by e-mail with the Exception of a Hurricane Evaluation Notice being issued for the Florida Panhandle Region Prior to Arrival OR a Positive Covid test for guest

Pool Hours & rules: 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M. – no glass container allowed on pool premises. All children under 12 most be with an adult. If a child not potty trained, little swimmers required. Please not there is not lifeguard on duty and residents and guest must realize they swim at their own risk.

Parking: There is one spot for this unit directly in front, labeled 1203. There are other guest parking spots not labeled for visitors (closest is directly in front of the clubhouse)

Damage Policy: Guest(s) acknowledge/agree that they are solely responsible for any damage costs and/or legal fees incurred by the owner arising from any damage incurred to the property and/or it’s contents during the stay.

Liability, Risk and Responsibility Acknowledgement policy:

Guest(s) acknowledge, agree, and confirm that the condo owner and their insurance providers cannot and shall not be held responsible and/or liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, loss of valuables, etc. that may occur while occupying the property. By entering the property, it is agreed that the guest(s) expressly assume all risk of any harm arising from the use of the property and/or it’s contents. It is the guest (s) sole responsibility to inspect the property, it’s contents and conditions to be “safe and suitable” for all occupants. In the event any guest(s) deem the property to “Unsafe and/or Unsuitable” for any reason(s) whatsoever, the owner agrees to accept cancellation and provide a refund “Solely” for the rental amount. The undersigned agrees and acknowledges assuming 100% of the risk, responsibility and/or liability (for each guest) utilizing the property and its contents during the stay.
