Welcome to Beach Please Cottage
The gray cottage on Cottage Row can be your home away from home. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, it’s big enough for the whole family! We are located just across Scenic 98 from sugar white beaches and emerald green waters.
Our cottage accommodates 12 people comfortably - three kings, two full and a queen size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own smart TV with a remote. The kitchen is located upstairs along with the living rooms and one master suite. The living room has a flat screen smart TV along with a half-bath. There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of Beach Please Cottage. Downstairs you will find the remaining three bedrooms and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The entrance to our private beach is approximately a 1 to 2 minute walk from the cottage. We offer free beach service annually from March 1st until October 31st. This includes 2 chairs and an umbrella.
Beach Please Cottage is located in a gated community - Beach Retreat Cottages. We are right by Pompano Joe's which is a great place to enjoy a wonderful evening. You will be within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shops.
We are a First Responder family, so to say thank you for your service and dedication, we would like to offer a 20% discount on the nightly rate for Veterans, Military, and First Responders. ID will be required for discount approval.

There is additional parking but it must be requested and paid directly to Community Managment Association. We do not collect payment for additional parking.
Additional parking spaces are available for an additional fee from The Community Management Associates, Inc. Destin on behalf of Cottage Retreat at Miramar Beach Homeowners Association, Inc. Extra parking spot request MUST BE EMAILED to FloridaAdmins@cmacommunities.com.
After the email request is made, the parking permit/invoice will be sent back to the requestor via email as a PDF file suitable for printing.
Prior to Arrival – The pre-arrival (two weeks in advance) fee is $10.00 a day. Less than two weeks of arrival the fee is $15.00 per day. Please print and display this on the dashboard of vehicle.
