This Gulf-front unit has a spectacular view of the Emerald Coast! The condo boasts a three-bedroom, two-bath floor plan with ample space for your enjoyment. The kitchen has both a coffee pot and a Keurig for the coffee lovers, and the kitchen provides the guests with an at-home feel with all of the cookware you’d use in your own home. The living room has a large flat-screen TV and a DVD player for your entertainment. If your family loves to play games, there are some stashed in the TV cabinet in the living room. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably for all your company. We can’t forget to mention the free Wifi for all your streaming desires.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. There is a walk-in shower in the master bathroom and extra vanity space for getting ready for a night out on the town. The first guest bedroom has 2 double beds and a day bed with a trundle. The second guest bedroom also has a king-sized bed with a flat-screen TV. The secondary bath has a shower-tub combo with a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

You are within walking distance of Target, restaurants, and a 16-minute walk to Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park.

The condo is also located just blocks away from Lousianna Lagniappe, which is a fine-dining Seafood Restaurant.

Less than 4 miles away to the east is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. They recently added a nice lawn by the playground with corn holes and lounging chairs for the grown-ups. Also, for the younger guests, a nautical/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square-foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Build-A-Bear Workshop, AMC Movie Theater, Bass Pro Shop, and many other top-brand retailers.

Then to the west, about 2 miles, you have Harbor Walk with jet skis, boating, and zip line, and the opportunity to see the fishing fleets at certain times during the season arrive with their fresh catch of the day, or book your day of fishing. Crab Island is located on the opposite side of 98 on Calhoun Ave. at the Destin Bridge for the families that take advantage of the boat and trailer parking area. Launch sites include Destin Marina, 7 Calhoun Ave., and Joe's Bayou Boat Ramp, further down Calhoun on 800 Beach Dr., Destin, with an easy arrival to Crab Island.
