Sanibel is an 18-story building, very up to date, with appx 100 units and water views available from both the front and back of each unit. The condo is on the 11th floor. There is a 2nd floor, outdoor pool that is heated during the off season, though not all winter. There is also a small workout facility, sauna, outdoor grill, and an outdoor shower area. There are elevators and luggage carts to help get to the condo. The builder wisely put the bedrooms on the lagoon view side and positioned the main room, which is a 600 square feet, on the Gulf side. You cannot find another view like ours, with a 30-foot wide wall of glass AND an equally wide, private balcony with sweeping Gulf views.
