Please note we have a 6 person (4 adult) maximum occupancy . Bunks are not for adults. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or on balcony AND NO PETS. If any of these rules are violated you will be evicted with no refunds and lose your damage deposit.

Enjoy the views of the Emerald Coast from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized 9' x 30' balcony through the 8 ft. glass sliding doors.

The master bath features a beautiful freestanding tub,a large tiled double head shower, double vanity with new quartz countertops, closet and water closet.

GUEST BEDROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The guest bedroom features a King Size memory foam bed and a 32" LCD TV. This bedroom has a private access to the common bath. You can see beautiful views of the Bay from this room.

ABOUT THE OWNER:

I have been renting by owner since 2001! My husband Jeff and I have been happily married for 40 years. We started "dating" when I was only 13 and he was 14. We have been blessed with 5 children and 3 precious grandchildren. We both grew up in small towns outside of Huntsville, AL. but we have lived in Huntsville for over 27 years. We purchased our first vacation rental in Gatlinburg in 1997 and since have purchased two others in Panama City Beach, FL. and another in Gatlinburg. Unfortunately, our Cottage Gardens chalet was destroyed in the 2016 wildfires but we plan on building back. We would love to have you stay in our beautiful Treasure Island condo!

New Fee :
The Treasure Island front office charges $20 to all renters upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.

The quiet east end of Thomas Drive in Panama City Beach near St. Andrews state park.

Minimum Age Limit For Renters:

25 AGE REQUIREMENTS: WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR VACATIONING STUDENTS. YOUNG SINGLES UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE (25) UNACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT.
