OUR ADVANTAGE: Being our 2nd home, we visit a few times a year and know you will enjoy it as much as we do. We only have one unit and manage it ourselves which allows us to maintain it at a high level while providing you with a better value and more personal service. Upon your arrival you will not be standing in line at the front desk, our concierge will greet you in the lobby and help get you settled in. During your stay you are able to enjoy the resort and its amenities just as an owner would. You can use Honua Kai as a starting point to explore all that the island of Maui has to offer, or you may decide to Just Relax and never leave.

OUR LOCATION:
The units in the Inner-Courtyard are the most desirable on property and why they sold for a premium. Our condo is in the preferred south tower 'Hokulani' which has 'Aina Gourmet Market' in the lobby. In a stack of only 6 units, we are in the closest building/2bdr stack to the Ocean being among some of the largest and most expensive residences. Our unit has easy access to the beach, pool and parking which you will appreciate in a large resort. Our building extends out and is farther away from units across the courtyard giving a more expansive view. During the day we overlook the pools/grounds and out to the ocean, not just into other units. At night the view continues when the Tiki torches and lights make the resort come alive.

CONDO DESCRIPTION:
Having 2 Master Suites the condo is the perfect fit for 2 couples, a small family or a couple that just wants more space with a better location and view. You will appreciate contemporary Hawaiian decor, stone floors, granite counter tops, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 2 Master Baths both having separate shower and tub. Washer/Dryer, 3 dining options: eat in kitchen, dining area or lanai, 3 HD flat panel TV's, and expansive lanai. The Living area of the condo can be expanded by opening the "Nana" doors to the lanai and with very little direct sun you will be able to experience the true meaning of indoor/outdoor Hawaiian living.
