EASY CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT:
No keys to worry about! This home features a state-of-the-art key code entry system on the front door. Just enter the code, turn the lock, and presto... you're in.

LOCATION - LOCATION - LOCATION:
This condo is conveniently located five minutes from the city limits of Moab, and only 10 minutes from Arches National Park in the Southgate Village subdivision. Directions: Coming from I-70, turn South towards Moab on HWY 191. Stay on HWY 191 through the town of Moab. Turn left just past the Moab KOA campground (This is about 1/4 mile past the SHELL gas station and just before the Spanish Trail Arena) on Southgate Drive. (Location is approximately 5 miles or 5 minutes south of the city limits of Moab.) Take your first left into the Southgate Subdivision on Village Way. Turn right on Village Loop. The condo is located on a corner lot on the left-hand side. Look for 3376 located on the building. The address of the property is 3376 South Village Loop.

KITCHEN HIGHLIGHTS:
The fully furnished kitchen (should you want to cook) features a 26 cf. side-by-side refrigerator equipped with filtered water and ice, an ultra-quiet dishwasher, a self-cleaning oven with a smooth top range, and a built-in microwave. To complement these appliances the kitchen also features all utensils, plates, cookware, baking, and serving dishes to bring out the Emeril in all of us. The kitchen also features a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and garbage disposal.

LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS:
The living room offers one sleeper/sofa with a very cozy kiva-style gas fireplace. A 36" LCD flat panel television. Stay connected with FREE broadband internet service, and FREE Wi-Fi.

MASTER BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS:
The master bedroom features a king-size super plush/pillow top bed with dual side tables & lamps. This bedroom also features a 26" LCD flat panel TV. All beds (master and guests) are outfitted with the finest linens and fabrics. Enjoy the views of the LaSal Mountains, and Canyon Mountains from the luxury of your bed, or step out on the oversized balcony through the master bedroom and experience Moab's famous 360-degree scenic views.

The master bath features a full-size stand-up shower (glass enclosed), and 4 additional shower sprays. A great way to relax after your Moab adventure.

BALCONY HIGHLIGHTS:
The balcony is one of the largest in the area with over 300 sq/ft area and a perfect place to enjoy Moab’s Scenic Views. Once you are on the balcony you may not want to come back inside.

COMMUNITY POOL AND JACUZZI:
The Pool, Jacuzzi, and Club House have located a short distance from the condo. Special towels are provided inside the condo for this purpose. Please keep in mind the pool and jacuzzi are not open year-round, and are subject to closure depending on the weather, and set days/hours mandated by the Home Owners Association.
