Please accept our invitation to our Celadon Beach Resort located on the 8th floor. Newly updated and furnished. The kitchen has new granite countertops, new shaker white cabinets (installed Jan. 2016 )and Stainless appliances. This condo will accommodate up to 2 adults (MAX) and 2 children very comfortably. Beach service for 2 included in rates. Beautiful new furniture and a comfortable King memory foam mattress. Stranded bamboo flooring has been installed though out the living areas (no carpet in the unit). New washer/dryer combo(2015) in hall closet. Celadon is a non smoking community. No smoking inside or outside the unit. The bunks are intended for children and teens-not adults. You will love the view from the 8th floor balcony! You can enjoy the use of 2 pools,(one indoor/outdoor and the other beachfront) 2 hot tubs, tennis , exercise room ,covered picnic area with grill , another picnic area beachside and covered parking garage. Saturday to Saturday WEEKLY rentals only. Absolutely NO SMOKING AND NO PETS

ABOUT THE OWNER:

I have been renting by owner since 2001! My husband Jeff and I have been happily married for 40 years. We started "dating" when I was only 13 and he was 14. We have been blessed with 5 children (4 boys and 1 girl), 3 daughter in laws, 1 son in law and 3 precious grandchildren. We both grew up in small towns outside of Huntsville, AL. but we have lived in Huntsville for over 27 years. We purchased our first vacation rental in Gatlinburg in 1997 and since have purchased two others in Panama City Beach, FL and one other in Gatlinburg. Unfortunately, our Cottage Gardens chalet was destroyed in the 2016 Wildfires but we have plans to build back. We would love to have you stay in our beautiful Celadon Beach condo!

25 AGE REQUIREMENTS: WE CANNOT ACCEPT RESERVATIONS FOR VACATIONING STUDENTS. YOUNG SINGLES UNDER THE AGE OF TWENTY-FIVE(25) UNACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT.
