ABOUT THIS HOME

Welcome to Emerald Treasure! located in the newest beach community with close proximity to Pompano Joe's restaurant and public beach access. Emerald treasure has a relaxing feel from the moment you walk through the door.

Open floor layout decorated in soft, calming blues and greens might make you feel like you're still at the beach. Custom stained hardwood floors add to the beauty of this sun splashed home. Comfortable leather couches and chairs will make you want to sit down and put your feet up!

The kitchen has a beautiful marble table with dining seating for ten. All appliances are part of the gallery collection. This kitchen is not only well stocked with the basics but also has a Kuerig coffee maker (as well as regular pot), Ninja blender system, crock pot & griddle.

Also on the main level is a comfortable king bed with top of the line simmons beauty rest mattress covered with egyptian cotton sheets. Just off the bedroom is a private balcony with outdoor seating. A great place to sit out and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Just outside the bedroom is a bath with barn style glass shower and tub.

On the third floor is a large master suite with king bed & top of line Simmons Beauty rest mattress. Dressed with Egyptian cotton sheets and soft summer quilt. Just off the master is a huge bath with tiled shower and pebbled floor. Equipped with a rain shower head and hand held sprayer. Or if your prefer you can take a relaxing bath in the large soaking tub. This bedroom also has a 40" flat screen TV.

The second bedroom on the third floor has double over double bunks. Just off the bedroom is a balcony with outdoor seating for four. This is a great place to view the gulf and enjoy the sunset. There is a 40" flat screen TV and a PS4 for gaming enjoyment. This device can also be used as a DVD player. A bathroom with tub and barnstyle glass shower doors is just off the hallway.

Third floor hallway has a laundry closet with a full size washer/dryer, iron and board.

Down on the 1st floor is a bunk room with 4 twin beds. This isn't your typical bunk room, all mattress's are super comfortable, even adults will be comfortable. There is a 40" flat screen TV. This room has a shared bath with glass shower, tiled walls and pebbled stone floor.

Also on the first floor is a beautiful canopy bed (Queen), with top of the line simmons beauty rest mattress and Is very comfortable. just off the bedroom is a shared bath and entrance to outside pool area. This bedroom has a 40" flat screen TV.

A second Washer/Dryer combination is located just off the hallway.

4 beach cruiser bycycles, 1beach umbrella, 4 beach chairs and a cooler for your use. There is also an additional refrigerator for your convenience.

The outdoor patio is surrounded by a high privacy fence and has a private, salt water pool. There is a gas grill, table/6 chairs, umbrella and 2 chaise lounges available for your use.
