The vaulted Master Suite on the top floor Gulf side has a King size bed, a custom built-in wall unit covering one wall, beautiful bath and private balcony with a bar height table and barstools for unobstructed views.

A Guest Suite on top floor has a Queen size bed and also includes a private bath.

The 3rd bedroom on the top floor has a set of bunk beds - two twins.

The Street level with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining space, custom built-in wall units and huge living area has an additional balcony with bar height table & barstools, adding even more space to your living area. A half bath is also on this level.

The Lower Beach level with full bath, kitchen, breakfast bar, living, dining area and bedroom has a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living area.

The deck on this beach level is enormous - 30 feet wide due to being on the end unit - and 30 feet deep with bar height table and barstools, outside dining table and chairs, four padded chaise lounge chairs and additional seating. Look out over the beautiful white sandy beach - it is EXPANSIVE and deep and whiter than ever!! The deck has outside lighting when you want more than the stars. A storage shed at the back of the deck is already stocked with beach chairs and umbrellas for you plus rafts and toys for the kids.

All bedrooms and both living areas have flat screen TVs.
