Welcome to Beach Please Cottage
The gray cottage on Cottage Row can be your home away from home. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, it’s big enough for the whole family! We are located just across Scenic 98 from sugar white beaches and emerald green waters.
Our cottage accommodates 12 people comfortably - three kings, two full and a queen size sleeper sofa. Each bedroom has its own smart TV with a remote. The kitchen is located upstairs along with the living rooms and one master suite. The living room has a flat screen smart TV along with a half-bath. There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of Beach Please Cottage. Downstairs you will find the remaining three bedrooms and a full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
The entrance to our private beach is approximately a 1 to 2 minute walk from the cottage. We offer free beach service annually from March 1st until October 31st. This includes 2 chairs and an umbrella.
Beach Please Cottage is located in a gated community - Beach Retreat Cottages. We are right by Pompano Joe's which is a great place to enjoy a wonderful evening. You will be within walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops, and retail shops.
We are a First Responder family, so to say thank you for your service and dedication, we would like to offer a 20% discount on the nightly rate for Veterans, Military, and First Responders whether active or retired. ID will be required for discount approval.

There is additional parking but it must be requested and paid directly to Community Managment Association. We do not collect payment for or request additional parking for guest(s). There are eight (8) spaces located near the pool on the property designated as additional parking. Due to the limited number of addition spaces, it is strongly encouraged you immediately request additional space should you need it during your stay.
Additional Parking – Updated Rules (as of 2026)
All additional parking reservations must be handled via email only.
Guests needing parking for extra vehicles (including golf carts) must contact the Community Management Association at: FloridaAdmins@cmacommunities.com
When to Request:
- At least 2 weeks prior to arrival, or preferably as soon as your reservation is confirmed
Please include the following information in your email:
- Cottage address and number
- Arrival date of extra vehicle(s)
- Departure date of extra vehicle(s)
- Name of person requesting parking
- Email address
- Cell phone number
Rates:
- $10/day – Reservations made 2+ weeks in advance
- $15/day – Reservations made less than 2 weeks in advance
After your request is submitted, you will receive a PDF parking permit and invoice via email.
- The permit must be printed and displayed on your dashboard
- Payment instructions will be included in the email
- Permits will not be issued until payment is confirmed
Important Parking Rules:
- Only 2 vehicles are allowed at the cottage
- Do NOT Park golf carts on sidewalks or behind the cottage
These parking policies are set and enforced by the Community Management Association, not the HOA or Beach Please Cottage.
