“SACRED MOUNTAIN" is an amazing 3 Bedroom cabin located in beautiful Mountain Shadows Resort, Gatlinburg Tennessee. and has been updated with new furniture, fixtures and appliances and sleeps 11.

To reserve, you must be married or 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult or parent. We do not rent to un-chaperoned groups. We do not refund for "No Shows." Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to termination and forfeiture of all monies paid. Guests are responsible for any and all damages that occur during occupancy.

All RESERVATIONS REQUIRE VALID CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND A COPY OF YOUR DRIVER'S LICENSE.

We offer a $50 Military discount (ACTIVE or RETIRED - military ID required) for bookings over $350.00. In order to receive the discount, the Lease must be in the holder of the military ID.

PET POLICY: Please provide a photo of your pet. We would prefer that you make other arrangements for your pet. However, "small" dogs (under 20 pounds) are permitted on a case by case basis due to the aggressive cleaning that must be done afterward to accommodate future guests with allergies. We prefer non-shedding pets and your pet must be freshly groomed, treated for fleas, well housebroken and non-aggressive.

ALL PETS MUST BE HOUSEBROKEN - PUPPIES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

THERE IS A VACUUM LOCATED IN THE MASTER BEDROOM ON THE MAIN FLOOR. PLEASE KEEP DOG HAIR CLEANED IN THE CABIN FOR FUTURE GUESTS WHO MAY BE ALLERGIC TO PET HAIR AND DANDER.

PETS ARE "NOT ALLOWED" ON THE FURNITURE AND/OR ON THE BEDS IN THE CABIN. SHOULD IT BE DETERMINED BY THE OWNERS AND/OR THE CLEANING COMPANY THAT THE PETS WERE ON THE FURNITURE AND/OR BEDS, EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES OF $250 WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THE GUESTS AND THE GUESTS ARE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

GUESTS ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FINANCIALLY FOR ANY AND ALL DAMAGES OR "EXTRA CLEANING CHARGES".

Pet(s) must be crated when left alone and the cabin provides a small/medium crate AND a large crate for your convenience. Please pick up and dispose of all outside pet refuse. There is a cabinet beside the dishwasher that has pet refuse bags. Hang a trash bag on the hook inside the Bear Proof trashcan that is located outside on the bottom floor under the stairs. You can then dispose of your pet's bagged refuse in the trash bag, but ALWAYS CLOSE AND LOCK THE BEAR PROOF TRASH CAN. Before checking out, close the trash bag with the pet's bagged refuse and drop into Bear Proof Trashcan.

  In rare circumstances, we do accept larger dogs, BUT THE OWNER MUST BE CONTACTED PRIOR TO BOOKING. PLEASE PROVIDE THE BREED, WEIGHT, ETC. OF YOUR PET.

  • A nonrefundable pet fee PER PET of $195.00 will be charged for pets 20lbs. and over.
  • Should there be additional cleaning fees due to any pet, you will be fully responsible for any and all extra cleaning fees. Call prior to booking for information and prior approval. Should any guest be found with an unauthorized pet, the reservation will immediately end and you will be charged $100 per night until your departure. THERE WILL BE "NO REFUNDS".

It is surrounded by breathtaking views of Mt. LeConte from the top deck. On the main floor, this spacious cabin offers a fully equipped open kitchen with a small breakfast bar and a large dining table with seating for 11. There is a beautiful living area with a 60" ROKU HDTV and Blue-ray DVD, a 25' stone wall fireplace and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The King Master Bedroom is also located on the main floor and includes a HDTV, a walk-in closet, and full bathroom with a shower. On the top level, the 2nd King Bedroom includes a HDTV, a walk-in closet, and full bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, the 3rd King Bedroom includes a HDTV/DVD and a full bathroom with a large shower/tub combination, Sofa and Professional Shuffleboard Game.

On the ground level, there is a large hot tub so that you may enjoy the splendor of the surrounding mountain views. There is also a Webber gas grill located on the first floor off of the kitchen that is perfect for a peaceful lunch or dinner while being surrounded by all that nature has to offer.

The resort pool is located within walking distance and will provide rest and relaxation and cooling off during the summer time.

This Resort has paved town roads and easy access to the cabin (GPS capable and GOOGLE maps). Comfortable and ample parking for SUV'S or 3 midsize or compact vehicles. There is also covered parking for 3 Motorcycles.

"Sacred Mountain" is minutes to the Arts and Craft Community, 3 miles to Downtown Gatlinburg and approximately 1 mile to the New Rocky Top Sports World.
