You're an easy 10 minute stroll from shopping and restaurants, a short block from the ski shuttle, 2 miles from the slopes, 30 minutes from incredible Rocky Mountain National Park, and 90 minutes from DIA. Hiking or snow shoeing, down hill or cross country skiing, fly fishing or tubing, golf or snowmobiling, boating, rafting, tennis or ice fishing, its all available in the neighborhood. It doesn't get any more convenient than this!

Condo has a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with a gas stove and microwave, 4 bedrooms, and 3 baths. Two private master suites each have a TV and a private bath, and overlook the Fraser River. The top master also has a steam shower. The third and fourth bedrooms, have queen beds and an adjacent bath. Add family and friends for a perfect vacation retreat.

Located in the Grand Valley carved by the Fraser River, you are surrounded by beautiful mountains- see the Continental Divide, Byers Peak, Indian Peaks and the Winter Park ski slopes. The neighborhood is level and suitable for sightseeing, easy walking and biking. Walk or bike the adjacent Fraser River Trail, which winds along the river from Tabernash to the Ski Resort. You'll find trout fishing, beaver dams and historical and biological makers in route. The Fraser River is the first tributary of the mighty Colorado River, which begins its route throughout the West in Rocky Mountain National Park. RMNP is an easy drive from the condo.
