Gulls Nest Condo is located in Treasure Island Resort Condominium on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. The complex is within walking distance of St. Andrew's Park and Schooner's. Captain Anderson's, Patch's Pub, Saltwater Grill, The Grand Marlin, and Liza's Kitchen are minutes away by car. Thomas Drive does not have the traffic and crowds of the west end of the beach, but Pier Park is a 15-20 minute drive on US 98 West. The complex features a heated pool, hot tub, workout room, and Liza's Munchies, a poolside snack bar. Our unit is 2208; our guests compare the view from our 270 square foot balcony to that from a cruise ship. Our deck furniture consists of 4 chairs worthy of napping as well as a pub table with 4 chairs. We have 3 flat screen TV's, private wifi (more secure than that of the complex), a landline, and cable TV. We provide games, books, binoculars, a booster seat, as well as an iron / board and a hair dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with complete place settings, flatware, wine glasses, Kuerig and a Mr. Coffee, a hand held mixer, a wok, electric skillet, boiling pots, casserole dishes, mixing bowls, as well as standard frying pans and pots. Our knives are sharp.
The view from the master is the Gulf of Mexico, and the view from the 2nd bedroom is the St. Andrews Bay. Our guests rave about our sheets, towels and mattresses. We make sure you have 6 bath towels per bathroom as well as soap, a couple of trash can liners per can, and "starter" dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels and laundry detergent.
Our parking space (and you can have up to 2 passes for parking included in the registration fee of $20) is covered and marked "2208". It is as close to the building as you can park (except for handicapped spaces). The trash chute is steps away. 60% of our guests return year after year - we hope you will be one of them!
Our quote has no added fees if you rent for one week or more. Otherwise, there is a $100 cleaning fee. The rent includes rent, taxes, cleaning and 2 beach chairs + umbrella. There is a $49 charge that goes to provide insurance for damages.
