BEAUTIFUL! As its name suggests, The Pearl is the precious jewel of the charming community known as "The Retreat at Miramar."
We hope that you will come and stay and make this your home away from home. If you do then you will discover a beautiful 3 story home located just minutes from the beach and in the center of all that Destin and Miramar Beach have to offer.

As you enter The Pearl you will find a beautiful beachy inspired family room with a 75 in. TV and views of the community pool directly across from the home. The family room opens into a kitchen that boasts a gigantic fridge and elongated countertops to make cooking or congregating fun. There is a long table to enjoy dinner with the entire family.

As you move to the 2nd level you will find a media room where your kids can gather. There is a trundle sofa and three bunk beds to accommodate the youngsters. This room also has a 75 in. TV. There is also a beverage center that will come in handy as you spend hours on the two balconies that overlook the pool. On this 2nd level there are two bedrooms with king size beds both with flat screen TV's and two full bathrooms. The 3rd level of The Pearl has three elegantly decorated bedrooms each with its own king size bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom. The master bedroom has a balcony with lounge chairs that overlooks the pool for an intimate setting.

The Retreat at Miramar has a resort style community deck and 90 foot pool. There you will find more TVs and several Big Green Eggs for grilling. Tucked behind the pool is a pond stocked with fish for catch and release fishing that will keep your children preoccupied for hours.

But if you want to get away from The Retreat at Miramar, and you find that the two block 7 minute walk to the beach is too much, The Pearl has a street legal golf cart available during your stay, free of charge. So makes it easier to get to and from the beach. Please note, we do not offer a replacement on the golf cart should it end up in the shop during your stay.

We have left nothing out of this beautiful home with the intent to create a wonderful and memorable atmosphere for your best vacation ever! Soft white sands, shimmering emerald waves, and all the excitement of Destin are at your fingertips at this luxurious home.
