INFORMATION FOR YOUR REFERENCE:
If Guests have not pre-registered online as required, they are at risk of having their vehicle towed and no access to the pool, beach, hot tub and gym.
If Guests have pre-registered 3 days in advance, their amenities packet with parking pass, wristbands, and codes will be placed on the kitchen counter between 2-4pm.
ALL GUESTS OF STERLING SANDS MUST PRE-REGISTER WITH THE HOA USING THE LINK:
You are required to pay the amenity fee of $15.00 +tax for each person 5 years and older. The amenity fee covers your parking passes and wristbands for the pool, hot tub, gym, and beach area.
Once your booking is complete and you receive your confirmation, go to the link and complete the form with each guest name & age and vehicle information. Submit online at least 3 days prior to Arrival.
