Welcome to the Hill County Lake House on the Pedernales arm of Lake Travis!

**Lake Travis lake levels fluctuate and cannot guarantee water level. Please feel free to contact me first with questions. **

We hope that our lake home will be your home away from home. Anytime is a good time of the year in The Texas Hill Country!

Take in expansive Hill Country views at our 3-bedroom, 2-bath Hill County Lake House on the banks of the Pedernales River! Bring your boat, we have a private, floating dock.

Features of the Lake House:

Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath. Sleeps 9 — King, Queen, 2 Fulls and Full sleeper sofa. Back of house is mostly windows with amazing views of the water.

Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen, Margaritaville margarita machine, eating area for 9, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outdoor living includes rocking chairs on the front porch, a covered bar with ceiling fan on the back patio, patio table with chairs, Weber gas grill, fire pit and gazebo.

Includes a boat dock and a slip for you to park your boat.

Great fishing right from the dock. Don’t forget your fishing poles!
