This 3 Bedroom 2 full bath unit includes a King ensuite, Queen, and full over full bunk room. We also have a sofa bed.
The main master suite is “front and center” on the beach. It has direct access, as well, to the large private balcony where you can soak up the soothing sea breezes and gorgeous sunsets over the clear Gulf water. The private bath is complete with a garden tub, separate shower, make-up vanity, and large walk-in closet. The entire unit is newly painted and decorated.
The unit includes a fully renovated and equipped modern gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, new quartz countertops, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, panini press, waffle iron and even a Keurig to make your stay special! All the cookware and utensils you will need are supplied.
There is also a wine cooler and a wet bar to enjoy your perfectly chilled wine in a tastefully decorated, spacious, open living area.
The family room and all bedrooms are equipped with new flat-screen smart TVs.
The laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer allows you to pack light. All linens and a fully equipped kitchen are provided.
There are plenty of board games for rainy day entertainment. We supply our guests with beach chairs, beach towels, sandcastle toys, beach umbrellas, and more.
High-speed Internet and streaming provided.
One covered and dedicated parking spot provided.
Fire code does not allow grilling on the balcony but a separate “on-site” grilling area is provided (see the front desk in tower l or enjoy St. Andrews State Park only minutes away!)
Renters are responsible for soap and paper products during their stay. Initial supplies provided.
We do our best to ensure beach equipment is always available for our guests, however, we cannot guarantee this at any given time due to wear and tear.

The resort features three large outdoor pools. Two indoor heated pools (1 at Tower l and 1 at Tower ll), two hot tubs, baby pool, wading pool with waterfall.
H2O Bar and Grill serving Gulfside/Poolside lunch and dinner. Large outdoor dining area.

Majestic Market featuring Starbucks Coffee/Deli
Beach chair rentals, Sea-Doos, banana boats, paddleboards, etc. are available for a daily fee to be arranged on the beach in season.
It is also within walking distance to lots of different attractions and restaurants, souvenir shops, Edgewater Plaza and Walmart. Examples of nearby attractions include Angelo's Steak Pit, Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonder Works, Zoo, miniature golf, and more. You are within steps of everything you could ever want at the beach!
