This is a great little condo to get away affordable , bring your pet , and be on the beach .
the condo it self is on the parking back side but the complex is beachfront , so no view , no patio , no deck
tbis is a great quick getaway place .
Pet park on site , for the pups.

schuckums is across the street from the condo to enjoy a bite to eat, grab a drink, and hit the beach ,
complex has a swimming pool, hot tub and charcoal
Ambassador cabana 19 has it all . Ground level on the sand you can not get much closer to the beach then this location . Fully updated with marble and tile flooring, this condo is perfect for the getaway .
Walking distance to Pier Park and multiple resturants , it has the ideal location for anyone.
There is a pool on site, and hot tub . Wifi , cable is free.
NOTICE
The Ambassador has began yet another construction project to correct walkways and decking on the exterior of the buildings l. The ambassador will look awesome but there are issues with the exterior if not addressed.there will be lifts attached to the building and work that needs to be done and will be shut down up to January 2 nd .

There are grills at the beach - bring your own charcoal s of the resorts near the tiki hut
Picnic tables are located close to pool areas.
Laundromats are located on the third floor of complex byob quarters and detergent
There is a swing , hot tub, tiki hut , and on site seasonal poop located on the beach for your enjoyment.
Parking is first come first serve. NOTE: due to the road construction , parking per unit is not guaranteed. If no parking you'll have to find and accommodations for your vehicle . The road extenshion is removing half the parking spots on the ambsssador grounds
Trash cans are located on every floor next to elevators. (Please no boxes) and take any household trash to the dump , located down by the tiki hut
Other things to note
No pets in this unit . But there are pet friendly units on site . Do expect to see animals .
The HOA requires you to be 25 to rent at the Sunbird.
Parking is restricted to one vehicle per unit.
Essentials provided are just enough to get you started. You will need to bring or buy paper product and personal hygiene item. Also note, we only provide a few towels and you will need to bring extras to exclude beach towels or do laundry during your stay.
