Declined credit cards when booking.

  If you receive an email from Securepay.com with a declined credit card message or any message that the card number was not valid, that means someone attempted to book your unit and was not successful. They may have put in the wrong credit card numbers, the card may be over the limit or expired.

Your unit will not be booked UNLESS Securepay.com returns a SUCCESSFUL code to your system. So if their card does not go thru, the booking does not go thru. Contact your guest and ask them to verify they used the proper numbers from their card or us another card.

Hint:
A failed attempt to book your unit does create a "VOIDED" lease in your unit. Click on the "VOIDED" button to view your voided leases. Your Secure Pay email notifying you that there was a failed attempt to book your unit will have a LEASE ID in the email. You may pull up that voided lease by that number and attempt to contact that individual with the information provided.
