Optional Fees

If you have optional fees that the guests decides if they want to pay for, this is set up here.

This is then added to the total and charged to the guest during the check out process.

You can set up an OPTIONAL FEE to be either a nightly fee or a per stay fee. These will appear on your GUEST INFORMATION page once you have at least one OPTIONAL FEE set up. You can have up to 5 OPTIONAL FEES.

EXAMPLE 1: You have a OPTIONAL HOT TUB or POOL fee that you charge the guest $10 a day to heat. You can set up a HOT TUB or POOL fee and the guest can choose this option on the check out page. It will only be added to the total if the guest picks it.

EXAMPLE 2: You have an OPTIONAL PET FEE. You allow the guest to bring a small pet. You charge $75 extra per booking for this. So the PET FEE would be a PER STAY fee of $75. The guest then picks this option if they want to bring a pet.
