3rd Party Email Help

The 3rd party email, when utilized, will send a copy of the CONFIRMATION/TERMS email to that person. This is for notifying your local manager or cleaning company. They will not receive any other lease emails, just the CONFIRMATION/TERMS emails. This is to notify them that you have a booking. They will have the dates and times of arrival of your guest for that leased period. This will happen automatically when you CONFIRM the lease with the guest.

The 3rd Party will also be notified when you VOID or CANCEL a lease OR if you change the lease dates when using the Edit Lease Dates feature which is located in your lease.

You have to enter the desired email in this box to activate this feature.

NOTE: The emails that your 3rd party will receive do not contain any financial information. Just the name, contact information of the owner and guest, the lease dates, check in and check out times.
