Step 1. Select the email address(es) from your list(s) you want
to send an email to.
STEP 2. Choose the template you wish to send. You can preview
the email templates by clicking on "Click to view". This will
show you what your email will look like. Your selected units will be inserted
into the email. After you decide which email you want to send to your
guest, click "Choose Email" and then click "Continue"
at the bottom. The BLANK EMAIL is for your own use. You can enter any
message you like. This is a custom email for your use. The other Email
Templates are created for you and will contain the message that you see
in the email.
STEP 3. Choose which unit(s) you want to feature in your email
campaign. If you have one unit, it will be automatically featured in all
your emails. If you have more than one unit, you decide which units to
feature. Click the box next to your units to have them appear in the email.
Your first unit will always be inserted into the main picture of your
email.
STEP 4. Type in your custom message here. Once completed click
"Continue" and this message will be populated into your email
in the next step. This email gives you the ability to communicate directly
with your guest with your personalized message.
NOTE: If you would like to include a link into your custom message
you must copy and paste the following code. (Remember to change the areas
in Red to your custom URL and Link Name)

STEP 5. Review the content in your email to make sure it is accurate
then continue to the bottom of the page and click the Send Email button.
