Authorize.net Help

To enable your properties to accept Authorize.net, follow these instructions.


Navigate towww.authorize.netand log into your account. Once logged in, you will see on the left side navigation the link for SETTINGS. Click SETTINGS.

Once in the SETTINGS link, look for the API Login ID and Transaction Key link on the right side navigation. Click the API Login ID and Transaction Key link.

Once on the API Login ID and Transaction Key page you will need the numbers and letter string for each:

API Login ID: XxXxXxXxXx
Transaction Key:XxXxXxXxXxXx

(You can copy and paste these strings one at a time into the MY ACCOUNT section on ivacationonline.com.)

Enter your API Login ID and Transaction Key into the MY ACCOUNT section on ivacationonline.com. This enables your account and all your properties to accept credit cards through your Autorize.net account.

Click ACCOUNT DETAILS from the Admin page, click Tenant Payments to EDIT the API Login ID and Transaction Key fields. Enter this information here.

Property Setup. To have a specific property take credit cards, you initialize that in your RENTAL DATA section of each property. In the RENTAL DATA set up, you determine if your property takes one or two payments, either of which can by with your Authorize.net account. The Authorize.net option is only available to the property IF the API Login ID and Transaction Key are correctly entered here.

You may have up to 3 different Authorize.net accounts. This would allow an owner to have funds from one property settle into one account and another property's funds settle into another account. It is an option available to owners of multiple properties.
