10 Canvasback is a 4 bedroom/3.5 bath ocean home that has been recently updated throughout. The kitchen offers new quartz counters, an island with seating and stainless steel appliances. This home is located on a secluded cul de sac just a 3 minute walk to the beach. 10 Canvasback has three levels with great bedroom separation. The 2nd floor master has a sitting window where you can relax after a long day at the beach. It also has a private bath with shower. The upper master suite has a large bathroom with garden tub and separate shower. Both twin bedrooms share a newly renovated bath and one is directly attached. Twin bedrooms can be converted with a "doubler" for one or two more King beds. The large screened porch is off the living area and connects the wrap-around deck that overlooks the pool and continues to the front of the home.
