After recently purchasing Grandview, we poured our heart into making our home away from home ~ YOUR home away from home, as well. We are offering it as an owner operated cabin rental for the first time ever. We take our role personally, and our goal is to ensure your comfort. Grandview is nestled on a private road with no thru traffic & situated less than 800 ft from the National Forest border. It's the perfect getaway for those that have location, privacy, nature & convenience on their checklist. It also has mountain, city & tram views! Excellent paved, private parking pad , level, with enough room for four cars. That's a rare find in the mountains!

Our guests have seasonal access to 3 private pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, pool table, ping pong, gym equipment and more. We'll also provide you with our guest card that that allows you discounts at area establishments.

Make memories with family as you gather at the kitchen bar . Bake some cookies, a holiday meal, crockpot dinner or grill out. Help yourself to the fully equipped kitchen with; pots & pans, dishes & utensils, a blender, crockpot, Jenn Air grill, microwave & dishwasher. You'll enjoy the view from the kitchen window, almost as much as the memories!

Relax in the den, tastefully decorated with new furniture, one of a kind hand carved wall sculptures, cabin themed accessories & even a cabin themed ceiling fan. Fire up the wood burning stove and enjoy a movie from the DVD collection, watch a football game on satellite, browse the internet with free wifi, play a board game from our selections, or simply curl up and read a good book. We have a collection of books that should cover everyone... We even have BIG BOOKS! Not the ones with 500 pages (I'm speaking to the kids now... ), it's the REALLY BIG paperboard type books that kids love to flip through! Take it from me ~ even big kids love them~

Grab a glass of sweet tea, step out onto the upper deck & have a seat in one of the rockers. There's a new patio set & extra chairs too! Enjoy the view of the tram, passing less than 200 ft away from the deck. Give an occasional wave, tram riders will gladly reciprocate. No worries about privacy, you're tucked away just enough to be able to shadow yourself beneath the trees if you choose. You'll also enjoy the mountain view. Every day you are met with a different mural. Spend a week with us and you'll notice how drastically these beautiful mountains can change within minutes. Try counting the layers of mountains.. I've made it to 11 or 12 layers back! See my pictures to see the dramatic changes you'll witness daily. Some of them I zoomed to give the clearest view online, but in person... that's where you get the full effect! After the sun sets, enjoy the twinkling lights of the city from the deck. You'll have a straight line of view to the Space Needle. If you are visiting on July 4 th, Christmas or New Years, you are in for an extra special treat, as they light the Space Needle with different colors, do a ball drop and have a fireworks show right atop the space needle for New Years. On July 4th you can watch the downtown fireworks and catch a glimpse of the parade and other festivities over downtown Gatlinburg. Imagine your front row seat to the lights, from your very own deck!

On the lower level you'll find 3 bedrooms, each with their own theme, flat screen tvs, and private access to the deck. On the deck, the hot tub and porch swing await you. On the lower level you'll also find the washer/dryer, and a full bath. (There is also a full bath upstairs).

Grandview is known for an abundance of wildlife. Chances are, you will see a bear...or four :-) Enjoy them from the deck~ It's an unforgettable experience witnessing their natural characteristics and beauty in its true form.
