Family room has a 55" smart tv, 64" ceiling fan, brand new furniture, dining seating for 6, counter seating for 4, a coffee/wine bar and laundry room with full size washer/dryer and storage shelves. The fully stocked kitchen features a new quartzite countertop and full size refrigerator. We provide starter quantities of dishwasher and laundry soap, bath soap, paper towels, toilet paper & coffee, filters and sugar packets. Condo is tiled throughout. Family room opens out onto a huge balcony perfect for relaxing, watching sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, birds and frequent Blue Angel fly bys. Balcony has a counter height bistro dining set, 4 zero gravity loungers and a large storage closet with 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and lots of beach toys and games for guest use. All 3 bedrooms feature gulf views, smart tvs and ceiling fans. The oversized master bedroom has a king bed, 64" ceiling fan, attached bath and huge balcony which overlooks the bay. The twin bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds suitable for adults or kids and 2 twin trundle beds for smaller children. The twin room shares a large hall bath with walk-in shower with the queen bedroom. High quality linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Our pool features a beachfront sunning deck and outdoor shower. Wide private beach has sugar white sand, established sand dunes, abundant coastal wildlife, and is rarely crowded. Beach chair service is available. Parasailing and wave runner rentals offered just up the beach.
Perdido Key is a great family destination! Perdido Key State Park and Gulf Islands National Seashore are just a few minutes away. Kayaking, pontoon boat rentals, dolphin tours, birdwatching, fishing and crabbing are all popular activities.Many local restaurants nearby, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores just a short drive away on the Alabama side, Pensacola just a short drive away on Florida side.
