*Bedroom 3 offers bunk beds, twin on top, double bed on bottom, smart Roku TV. This bedroom shares a full bathroom on main level.

*Loft on second floor also has a sofa sleeper (futon style) that can accomodate additional guests. Overlooking family/dining room with view of the sound.

The family room is spacious and offers a large sofa and recliner on the ends, which provide plenty of seating for the entire family. There is a smart ROKU TV centrally located in the living room. The dining area (seating for 6) is located between the kitchen and family room . The deck wraps around all 4 sides of the house, with gulf view in rear and sound view in the front. Rare large windows in front of the home, allows for unobstructed views of the sound from the family room and dining area. ,
