Gorgeous views from all areas of this condo! Enjoy a beachfront property experience with walls of windows and breathtaking gulf front views from all rooms of our unit. Guests have stated, "it feels like you are in the water when you walk in!" 180 degree views EAST and WEST from the balcony. We do face WEST. Another plus, our balcony chairs are tall adirondack chairs for unobstructed views of the beach and gulf!!

Our owner managed 1 bedroom, 1 bath updated condo is on the 8th floor of Sunbird Resort and is only 12 stories high so you'll never have to fight crowds for the beach or the elevator. Our extremely desireable unit sleeps 5. King size bed is beachfront, lots of closet space and a 2nd sliding door opens to the balcony from the private bedroom.

Enjoy sitting in the living room with 2 couches while watching a 55" HDTV Samsung Smart screen with DVD player or enjoy the TV in the bedroom. And for those "I had too much sun or rainy days", we have quite a selection of our DVD's in the ottoman! There's a pull-out couch plus an oversized pullout chair that each makes into beds. We've also provided your choice of coffees and creamers with a Keurig coffee maker and reg coffee maker. The kitchen has everything you need including a microwave, dishwasher, blender, crockpot, lots of bakeware. Pay Washer/dryer on 1st floor near elevators, Free Wifi, and Cable TV.

As you walk onto the beach, check-in at the hut and you'll enjoy the 2 beach chairs & umbrella (March-Oct 31) we offer for our guests. (Company providing chairs is Coastal Parasail #850-235-0009 for any issues). During the off season, we do have 2 beach chairs in the condo, a wagon and beach toys for the kids!! Games/puzzles, card games for all ages and some books too.

The popular Sunbird condos have 3 pools and a gym. (1 pool is heated in cooler months) and is just next door to popular Pineapple Willy's.

Walmart is within walking distance. Pier Park is only 6 miles. Come enjoy the quiet end of PCB. Our complex has security. Locked gates to get out to the beach, into complex and over to Pineapple Willy's. Upon check-in, pick up your parking pass ($30) and armbands for pools/property ($5 ea), cash at entrance.
