This lovely vacation house is located in the desired and arm-gated neighborhood of Emerald Shores in Miramar Beach, just steps from the white beaches of the Emerald Coast. The gated community features two swimming pools (one heated) seasonally, a tennis court, Pickleball and private beach access with its own cabana that offers snacks and drinks during the peak season. The house offers up to 3 parking spots in the driveway and is just steps away from the main pool. It is a short walk within the neighborhood to the private beach access or you can use the free shuttle service seasonally operated during peak season. This is where you want to stay if you want to reside close to the beach but are looking for the privacy of a home. This neighborhood is kid friendly.

This 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath 2-story home is 1,624 SqFt. and offers a private back yard with a grill and an outside shower. It is just 400 yards away from the beach. The house sleeps a maximum of 8 people and offers a wonderful sense of space to gather everyone together or to sneak away for your private retreat.

The open concept living area has an updated kitchen with bar and a large dining table. The living room section has comfortable seating and is the perfect space for gathering the whole family. The full laundry room and the half bath are just off the living area.

The kitchen is equipped with a full-sized range, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, etc. It is fully equipped with all needed utensils and dinnerware including pots and pans.

The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its private bathroom with shower and direct access to the back yard. It features a king bed and is equipped with its own TV. On the second floor you will find two additional bedrooms with direct access to a large balcony and a shared bathroom with Tub/Shower. One bedroom offers a queen bed and the other bedroom offers two full beds. Both rooms are equipped with their own TV's.

The unit is fully stocked with linens and towels. This house offers all the basics and some extras not normally found in a vacation rental.
